It might be nice to put these on atari.archive, since I can't seem
to find them anywhere (I don't want to waste too much time on German
FTP sites, they're far too slow).

Ugh, I hate that stuff. Hopefully Warwick will add support to his
GEM++ library... ;-) Anyone want to start a "my jump table is uglier
than your jump table" argument?
